Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Website demo: the messages you type or speak in the demo box, the website address you ask SEREON to read, a temporary demo session ID, and your approximate region (from your browser's time zone) to choose a suitable voice and language.
• Voice recordings: when you use the microphone, your recording is sent to be converted to text and to detect the language. We use it only to answer you.
• Businesses using SEREON on WhatsApp: messages, voice notes, names, phone numbers and booking details that their customers send. For this data, the business is the data controller and VizzaroAI processes it on the business's instructions.
• Contact: anything you send us by WhatsApp or email.

How we use it

• To reply to you, book appointments and send reminders, bills and receipts on behalf of the business.
• To keep the service working, prevent misuse (for example daily limits on the demo) and fix problems.
• We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for advertising.

Who processes it

We use carefully chosen cloud providers for hosting, speech-to-text, text-to-speech and AI language processing, and Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform for WhatsApp messages. They process data only to provide these services. Some of them may process data outside India.

How long we keep it

Demo conversations and voice recordings are kept only as long as needed to run and troubleshoot the demo, and are then deleted. Business data is kept for as long as the business uses SEREON, or as the business instructs, and is deleted when the service ends or on a valid request.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, and withdraw consent, in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 — see Data Deletion.

Security

Data is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access is limited to people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.

Children

The service is not meant for children under 18 to use on their own.

Terms of Service

The service

SEREON is an AI assistant that answers customer questions, takes bookings and handles payments and bills for a business. It works from the information the business provides and may occasionally make mistakes; important details should be confirmed with the business.

Not medical or professional advice

When SEREON is used by a clinic, it supports bookings and general information only. It does not diagnose, treat or give medical advice. In an emergency, contact a doctor or emergency services directly.

The website demo

The demo is free, limited to a small number of answers, and provided "as is" for evaluation. Please don't enter sensitive personal, health or payment information into the demo.

Acceptable use

• No unlawful, abusive, spam or misleading use.
• No attempts to break, overload or copy the service.
• Businesses must follow WhatsApp's policies and have their customers' permission to message them.

Fees

Paid plans, setup fees and monthly fees are as published on our pricing section or in your written quote, plus GST. WhatsApp message fees are billed by Meta directly to the business; VizzaroAI adds no markup.

Availability and liability

We aim for SEREON to be available 24/7 but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. To the extent the law allows, VizzaroAI is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees paid to us for the service in the three months before the claim.

Intellectual property

SEREON, the VizzaroAI name, logo, website and software belong to VizzaroAI. The business keeps ownership of its own data and content.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these pages; the date at the top shows the latest version.

Data Deletion

You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

How to request deletion

• Email hello@vizzaroai.com with the subject "Data deletion request", or
• Message us on WhatsApp with "Data deletion request".

Please include the phone number you used on WhatsApp (or roughly when you used the website demo) so we can find your data.

What happens next

• We confirm your request, usually within 3 working days.
• We delete your messages, voice recordings, and profile and booking details within 30 days, except records the law requires us or the business to keep (for example tax invoices).
• If you are a customer of a business that uses SEREON, we may also pass your request to that business, as it controls your data.
