The Story Behind SEREON
The founders
The people behind VizzaroAI and SEREON

Co-owner of GADAOC, Bengaluru, with 13+ years of clinical practice. SEREON was envisioned and designed by him, built from the everyday problems he saw at the clinic front desk.

Co-owner of GADAOC, with 10+ years in diabetes and metabolic care as a practising diabetologist in Dubai. He shaped SEREON through many discussions and ideas, and has supported it at every step.
No background in technology. Just a real problem, a partner who believed in it, and many late nights of learning. That is how SEREON began.
Prof. Dr. Syed Shabber is not a software engineer. He is an International Acupuncturist from Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, with more than 13 years of clinical practice, who spent his days treating patients, not writing code.
But in his own clinic, he kept seeing the same problem. Patients messaged on WhatsApp late at night and got no reply. Calls were missed during busy hours. Appointments were written by hand, reminders were forgotten, and staff spent hours on work that pulled them away from the people in front of them. Patients who spoke Kannada, Tamil, Arabic or Russian often struggled to be understood at all. The gap was not in the treatment. It was in the conversation between the patient and the clinic.
He decided to close that gap.
He did not start alone. Long before the first line was built, he and his partner Dr. Mohammed Salman Khan (MBBS, Diabetologist) from Dubai, UAE, spent many discussions shaping the idea: what patients truly need, where clinics lose time, and what a front office of the future should feel like. Dr. Salman brought a wealth of ideas and his perspective as a practising diabetologist in Dubai. Many of those ideas became part of SEREON, and his constant support and encouragement carried the project through every stage, from the first discussions to the day it went live.
With no background in technology, Prof. Dr. Syed Shabber began learning from the ground up: how large language models think, how AI agents make decisions, how workflows connect one system to another. His days belonged to his patients. His nights belonged to learning. After the last patient left, he studied AI models, built, tested, broke things, and fixed them again, often until the early hours. There were countless errors, and each one took time to understand and solve. Not one of them made him stop.
After many weeks of learning, building and research, SEREON was born.
SEREON is the front office they wished every clinic had. It speaks with customers wherever they reach out: on WhatsApp by chat, voice note or call, and on the web, at any hour. It understands and replies in the customer's own language, from Indian languages to Arabic, Russian, Uzbek and many more from around the world.
But SEREON does more than understand words. It understands people. It recognises what matters to each patient or client, listens to their needs and concerns, and responds with warmth and empathy, the way a caring front-office person would. And then it gets things done: it books, reschedules and cancels appointments, sends reminders, and connects every conversation directly to the business's CRM, so nothing is lost and nothing depends on memory. It handles many tasks at once and takes the repetitive manual work off the team's shoulders.
SEREON is growing beyond WhatsApp. Integrations with Instagram, Telegram, LinkedIn and other messaging platforms are coming next, so businesses can serve every customer from one intelligent front office, whichever app they choose.
What started as a solution for one clinic became something every business needs. Clinics, hospitals, salons, hotels, shops: wherever customers reach out and wait for an answer, SEREON makes that first conversation smooth, fast and personal.
SEREON by VizzaroAI is jointly owned by its two co-founders, Prof. Dr. Syed Shabber of Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, and Dr. Mohammed Salman Khan of Dubai, UAE. It runs every day at GADAOC clinic in Bengaluru, where it was first built and proven.
